24 years of clinical experience — as a nurse midwife, nurse practitioner, and
board-certified physician — to a practice built entirely around women’s health.

Primary care visits at Coastal
Women’s Medical are 90 minutes for new patients and comprehensive visits — not
the industry-standard 15 minutes that leaves you with half your questions
unanswered and a referral to someone who has never met you either.

Dr. Yehl practices integrative
medicine — meaning she looks at the intersection of conventional medicine,
lifestyle, nutrition, and hormonal health rather than treating each symptom in
isolation. Your fatigue, your weight, your mood, and your sleep are not
separate problems. They are usually the same problem, looked at from different
angles.

A comprehensive evaluation of your
current health — labs, hormonal panel, body composition, cardiovascular risk,
and functional health markers — reviewed together to build a proactive picture

Dr. Yehl holds nutrition and
coaching certificates and incorporates evidence-based nutritional guidance,
movement recommendations, and lifestyle strategy into your care — not as an
afterthought, but as a core part of your protocol.

Integrative testing

Beyond standard bloodwork, we
offer advanced testing including continuous glucose monitoring, biological age
testing, gut microbiome analysis, and wearable health monitoring — giving you a
picture of your health that standard primary care simply does not provide.

Out of
network — and what that means for you

Coastal Women’s Medical is out of
network for commercial insurance. We provide a detailed receipt for submission
to your insurance company — coverage for reimbursement varies by plan and we
encourage you to check with your provider.

The reason we operate this way is
simple: the insurance-based model dictates appointment length, visit frequency,
and the scope of what a physician can address. That model is incompatible with
the kind of care this practice was built to provide. When you pay directly, you
get the appointment length your health actually requires, a physician who is
available to you between visits, and care that is not filtered through billing
codes.

We accept HSA and FSA cards as
payment. For concierge members, primary care is included in your membership.

in Little Silver, NJ — with in-person care available to women in Red Bank,
Rumson, Fair Haven, Shrewsbury, Holmdel, Colts Neck, Tinton Falls, Eatontown,

Asbury Park.

Telemedicine primary care
